Hands-on Training

You get to work on your own computer so the training makes more sense to you – you don’t have to learn things one way, then go back to your home/office to find out things work a different way on your computer.

We don’t sit at your computer and only do demos.

As your guide, we let YOU walk through the steps, making step-by-step notes as we go along.

We won’t touch your mouse unless we first ask your permission – you’re in control of your mouse at all times.

In 1-1 private lessons, you get immediate help.

You don’t have to wait in a large class for a lot of questions that may not apply to you.

You don’t have to learn a lot of stuff you don’t need to know right now.

You can't get lost!

Every one of your questions gets patiently answered (unlike learning from a video – you can ask us as many questions as you’d like).

Exact steps get written down so you don’t have to remember what we did and how we did it.
